The"broken-bar" organization of the house situated on a remote mesa in the Colorado Rocky Mountain wilderness re- interprets and re-presents the American dream. Located on the wooded edge of a vast alluvial meadow, the site (and house) enjoys a nearly 270° degree view of its surrounds, several million acres of forest and mountainscape.
